Join Anna to learn simple and effective Dynamic Thai Massage techniques, while having fun giving and receiving some beautiful, meditative bodywork. During this workshop, you will be guided through sequence of passive therapeutic movements, gentle stretching and twists. Whether you want to learn some relaxation techniques to share with loved ones or yoga student, or if you just want to enjoy a time of connection with others, this workshop is an awesome way to spend Saturday morning.
